Ski and Snowboard Lessons

The best way to improve your skiing or riding, no matter what your level, is to take a lesson. Not only will you become a better skier or rider, but you will enjoy the sport much more. At Mount Peter, our professionally trained staff teaches thousands of lessons a year and our teaching terrain is the perfect place.

Private Lessons
Private lessons are available on the hour, reservations are recommended.
Private Lessons
One-on-One 1 hour ... $55
Semi-Private 1 hour ...$80

Mid-Week Learn to Ski Package
Monday - Friday; Non-Holiday; for first time beginners
(age 5 and up) includes 1hour group lesson, rentals and beginner lift ticket. (11am or 1pm)
Skiing - Adult $45 Junior $40 (Jr. age 12)
Snowboarding - Adult $50 Junior $45

*Group Lessons - Min. of 4 people
Group lessons are available on the hour, reservations are recommended.
Beginner 1 hour......... $30
Upper Level 1 hour....$30
*students must be age 5 and up to participate

* FREE Beginner Lessons On Weekends and Holidays *(with the purchase of a lift ticket)

Mount Peter’s Private Lesson Policy:

Reservations are strongly recommended. Walk-In private lessons are scheduled based on availability.

Private Lessons DO NOT include Lift Ticket or Rental Equipment. A lift ticket or season pass is required to participate in any lesson program. To receive your lesson card you must register upon arrival to the ski area the day of your lesson at either the Ticket Office or Mountain Services where you will pay for your lesson and you may also purchase your equipment rental & lift tickets at that time if need be.

Mount Peter’s Cancellation policy: We do not charge your credit card at the time of booking – however - You must cancel no later than 6pm the night prior to the lesson. If your lesson is not cancelled by this time you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
