Purchasing Process

ALL TICKETS MUST BE BOOKED ONLINE

This year, our process of purchasing tickets is a little different. Here are a few steps and guidelines to keep in mind while deciding what you would like to purchase. 

And please remember, we are all in this together. Thank you for choosing Mount Peter and we hope you enjoy your day skiing, riding or tubing!

We strongly recommend booking as far in advance as you are comfortable with. We are on a restricted capacity this year due to COVID-19. Purchase your tickets and lessons ahead of time is the best way to guarantee a spot on the slopes or tubing hill for the day.

The booking process must be completed in 15 minutes or less. After 15 minutes, the system will time out and you will be asked to start over. This measure has been put in place to help monitor and control our capacity for each day.


TO BOOK A LESSON AND BUY LIFT TICKET(S)

The first step is deciding which day and time you would like for your lesson. Once you have made you selection and the item is entered into your card, please go back and choose the same day for your lift ticket(s) for your whole party (book as many lift tickets (adult or junior) that you would like for that day.


RENTAL EQUIPMENT

If you need rental equipment, you may purchase that at the mountain when you check-in for your lift tickets (and lessons if purchased).

Please remember, everyone needs an area pass / lift ticket to be on the snow.


TUBING TICKETS

Please buy in advance on our online store. Tubing sells out quickly so purchase early and lock-in your day of fun on the hill early!

REFUND POLICY

Due to Covid-19 Mount Peter has a no refund policy. Lift tickets, lessons, tubing tickets purchased online may be rescheduled to a different day, based upon availability, a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival. If you do not provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice, you will not be rescheduled.

Weather related transfer requests are not accommodated within the 7 days prior to your arrival.

Once you have completed your purchase and arrive at the mountain, you will be asked to show our parking attendants your receipt, either a paper copy or on your phone. If there is no parking attendant during the week, please proceed to the main parking lot and have 1 member of your party proceed to the ticket office to complete your check-in.

If you have booked a lesson please give yourself at least 2 hours prior to your lesson to get here, park, complete your paperwork, boot up, and receive your rentals if needed. This is all new and will take time. We appreciate your patience as we navigate through this process together. Rule of thumb, the earlier you arrive, the better your day will be!

Please keep in mind that due to COVID– 19 there are new rules which need to be followed and can be found on our website and at the mountain.
