Lift Ticket Rates - 2024-2025 Season

Mount Peter is officially closed for the 2024-2025 winter season!

Anyone on the snow must purchase a lift ticket/area pass. We do not allow foot traffic - anyone on snow must have a ticket and equipment on.
Always check the snow report or snow phone for an update of hours and conditions before you come!

Midweek/Non-Holiday: Free if an adult lift ticket is purchased.

Proof of age required.

SENIORS

FREE for 70 and older

Proof of age required.

*If you have a lesson at 3 p.m., you may pick up your ticket & rentals at 2 p.m.

Tiny Tot and Senior lift tickets cannot be purchased online.
Please come into customer service with proof of ID on the day of your trip.

Please note that in March hours of operation vary, please check the snow report page daily!

Spring Hours:
Tuesday March 11th through Thursday March 13th - 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Friday March 14th - 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
Saturday March 15th - 8:30 a.m.-8 p.m.
Sunday March 16th - 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m.

Always check before you come as our spring schedule is weather dependent.
Please check back on Sunday March 16th for operating schedule for the following week.

Normal hours:
Monday - Closed (open holidays 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
Tuesday-Thursday - 10 a.m.- 8 p.m.
Friday - 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. (extended hours until 9 p.m. through February)
Saturday - 8:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Sunday - 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.

*Always check the morning of your visit, hours may change due to weather and snowmaking.

Excellent beginner mountain. Organized and well run ski school. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended for teaching kids to ski.

Nice ski area that’s compact and easy in/out. Good for beginner ski lessons (haven’t yet tried the overall mountain). Patient, attentive and skilled instructors at the mountain ski camp (kids did the 2hr weekend Kid Ski Camp - they effectively got a private lesson).

The size is just right - I dropped the family right next to the rentals and they were on the snow in 15m. Far cry from the madness that’s Mountain Creek.

And it’s right off NY thruway so a breeze to get to.

Great place to take your kid for skiing and snowboarding. We went last week for snowboarding they have free lessons for 50 minutes which was great. We had Nick as our instructor he was really good with my son. Really appreciate his time and efforts.

I went snow tubing on Saturday morning with my 2 year old, 6 year old and my niece and nephew who are in the same age bracket. We all had an awesome time. The staff was unbelievably nice, friendly and helpful. One of them almost leaped to their deaths trying to stop a tube from going downhill before others had a chance to move out of the way. Not only are these young men good at their jobs but they are so pleasant considering they are standing out in the cold for long hours. You have my respect and applause ??
